Our lessons specialize in an individualized progression based program. Programs are session based but swimmers can start at anytime during the session.
Sea Ott Swimming
Offered 7 days a week of practices. Swimmers commit to the days and times that work for them on a month to month basis. Practices focus on stroke technique and development in small group settings while learning to build endurance.
